MESO Non-Baked Protein Bites

(7 minutes)
- 3TBL. MESO Energy
- 3/4 cups uncooked old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 scoop whey protein (optional)
- 1/4 cup almond or peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup super fine almond flour
- 2 teaspoons almond milk
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Mix may appear dry at first but will soften up with mixing. Scoop or roll ingredients into 1.5-inch balls. Ready to eat at room temp or cooled in refrigerator.

5 Minute Blend
- 2 scoops of MESO Spread
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 1/2 Cup Ice
- 2 Cups Water or Whole Milk
- A few dashes of cinnamon
- A handful of walnuts
- A squeeze of honey
- A pinch of sea salt

MESO Protein Frappe
A Founder Favorite

(5 minute prep, 12 minute bake)
- 1/3 Cup MESO Energy
- 3/4 Cup grass fed butter or ghee, melted
- 1/4 reg. almond milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, or GF flour
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 TBL baking cocoa
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Add 1 scoop of protein, optional
Mix wet ingredients well. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients. Slowly add the dry into the wet and mix.
Press dough into a greased 9x13" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min. or until golden brown.
Cool and enjoy!
